Gesamtübersicht

Large rural 1600' restructured house (204 MQ), in Monferrato hills, in a little and characteristic country town, near downtown but reserved and quiet. The house is in an incredible position to discover the region. Not only beautiful hills but the sea, mountains, and lakes in an hour drive,

Der Raum

The house has a big and well furnished country kitchen with typical ceiling, a large and modern living room with cross ceiling, a drawing-room, a studio with pc and wifi, a bedroom with a single bed (and another one if necessary) and an en suite bathroom and the guest room with a double bed. Two other bathrooms, a big one near the guest room and another with the laundry room near the kitchen, A little garden with solarium, (sud-est exposition) and possibility to have dinner outside. It is an ancient house, so very hot in winter and fresh in summer. Air conditioning isn't present because not necessary.

Gastzugang

Normally someone will attend you and give you the keys. There are stairs for access to the bedrooms floor.

Anmerkungen

Cable tv with news channels in a lot of languages and cartoon channels for the kids. Normally I host 4 people but in the case of little children, I could be able to host 5 people.

Nachbarschaft

Baldichieri is a little and characteristic town in the middle of Monferrato hills recently became UNESCO World Heritage (http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1390/) famous for truffle, wine, and food, but also for the best Romanic churches in Italy. In the town, you can find a supermarket, shops, typical restaurants, and pizza restaurants. All the shops are walking distance, a train station is 10-15 minutes far and there is also a bus line. If you have a car there is also a garage available in the house. You could discover the surroundings cycling or riding a horse or walking. There is two golf club in Asti and some in Tourin, a pool with slides (ten minutes), the possibility to walk, ride, cycling. All you can need to relax and spend time in a wonderful way.

Rumkommen

It is very near (10 Km) to Asti, a city full of history and tradition like the Palio, and well served with trains. Also, Alba, Barolo, and Langhe are very near. In 30 minutes is possible to be in Tourin, a wonderful city full of story, art, museums (The Egyptian and Cinema museum are the most famous) art, food and music events. It is possible to visit a lot of Savoia castles that are Unesco World Heritage too (http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/823) and make daily trip in Miland, Genoa with sea and Aquarium, Pisa, Bologna, or go to mountain (Alpi one hour) or sea (Liguria:for example, Cinqueterre only two hour but in 1 hour you can be in Albissola) with train or car. In two hours you can also go to France or Switzerland mountain.
