General Overview

Completely modernised and extended over the last 8 years, it has everything you need to have a really comfortable stay with or without kids. A large modern kitchen in the centre of the house if you like to cook. A cosy and beautiful lounge for those who want to relax. A large-ish garden with a trampoline and football (soccer) goals for sports.

The Space

We have a large dining area, kitchen and living space in one large room with sliding doors which open up across the back wall to 2/3s. On the ground floor, we also have a utility room, a front lounge, a toilet and an office. On the first floor, we have four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is currently being used as a dressing room with the other three rooms with single beds for children. One of the children’s rooms has en-suite shower, sink and toilet, the others sharing a bathroom. On the top floor is a master bedroom including a super-king size bed and a bathroom.

Guest Access

Ground, first and second. Access is by stairs although the garden is completely flat.

Notes

We have air conditioning on the top floor but we have fans in two of the three kids rooms.

Neighbourhood

Mill Hill Broadway is full of coffee shops, restaurants and amenities close to a large park and open spaces. It is also a great launching site to explore London and the beautiful countryside that England has to offer. We are a five minute walk from the station and ten minute walk to the nearest park which takes you to the Arrandene Open Space.

Getting to my home

We are 20 minutes from Kings Cross St Pancras direct on the Thameslink if you come by train. If you fly, the closest airport is London Luton (c. 30 mins) followed by Heathrow (c. 45mins).

Getting Around

The shops and restaurants in Mill Hill Broadway are less than a three minute walk from the house. They are extensive. My favourite is Numa but there is an excellent pizza restaurant. We can provide suggestions!
