We've just returned from an exchange at Christine and Jean-Louis's home, and it was incredible! We had an absolutely amazing time at their beautiful and comfortable home in Alma, Quebec, where we enjoyed several days of biking on the veloroute des bleuets and a hiking day at the Saguenay Fjord National Park. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of their warm and inviting pool on those hot summer days, and then a soak in their hot tub after our days of hiking and biking. We enjoyed eating most of our meals out on their lovely patio near the pool. Christine and Jean-Louis are such kind, warm, and hospitable people. Even with some language barriers, we managed to have such helpful and warm conversations and messages in the lead up to our exchange. I would highly recommend a home exchange with Christine and Jean-Louis to anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful home in a beautiful part of La Belle Province. We feel so fortunate to have had this opportunity to exchange with Christine and Jean-Louis. And we count them now as friends. They truly are kind-hearted and lovely people with a beautiful home in a beautiful location!
