Getting Around
In Quebec, because of our large spaces, you must plan to travel by car for your visits. This is why we are used to also exchanging our car.

Christine and her beautiful family were wonderful and gracious guests at our cottage on Georgian Bay! We couldn't have asked for more wonderful guests! They left our cottage spotless and everything in its place --- cleaner than when they arrived! :)
We are so happy that they had such a lovely family vacation with their daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren, exploring the beauty of the Bruce Peninsula.
We enjoyed connecting via a video call prior to their arrival, with some translation help from our daughter's partner; we instantly knew they would be wonderful guests.
They were so gracious and accommodating when we had to move our simultaneous exchange to a non-sim exchange due to my elder father's failing health.
We will look forward to our visit to Christine's home and exploring her lovely region, hopefully next summer.
I would highly recommend Christine and family as guests in your home. They are so lovely!
Linda & Phil
How lucky we were to be contacted by Linda and Phil for this exchange and that they accepted, with pleasure at that, that our daughter and her family accompany us. Their cottage is a real paradise and the Bruce Peninsula just beautiful. These two beautiful humans are so generous that they have taken our experience to the next level by making us feel truly welcome in their home. They were both genuinely happy to share their cottage on Georgian Bay with us. In any case, this is what we felt throughout our stay through the many communications we had with them. Linda and Phil were not able to visit us at the same time as planned, but we hope that they will be able to come soon. Thank you so much to both of you! We felt so comfortable with you, especially because of your more than warm welcome. We are filled with gratitude and as Phil wished, our grandchildren will certainly have created beautiful and sweet memories at home. Parents and grandparents too. That's for sure!

We are a couple in our early 60s, now retired. We have been doing house exchange for over 10 years and we love this way of traveling. We wouldn't do it any other way. Some of our older children occasionally accompany us during our discussions.
