The space

Our home is 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are all upstairs. There is a powder room on the main level in the front hallway. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. We have an unfinished basement Rec space with a ping pong table, gym/fitness area with weights, a smart tv, and mini pool table/air hockey table. Our backyard is flat and fully fenced in, making it a safe and enjoyable place for you and your kids/grandkids, and furbabies. We do have lawn games such as corn hole (bean bag toss) & bocce ball.

Notes

Dogs (up to 2) are welcome. We love dogs! And we will have fresh dog beds, blankets, towels for cleaning paws too. However, we only allow our own dogs the main level, not the carpeted upstairs and only allowed in the basement if supervised. You will see we have gated off our main living/dining space. They will need to sleep on the main level on dog beds or in the basement (we do have a variety of crates - just ask and we can make one or 2 available to you. For those that are staying without dogs, no fear as we are very neat people and it will be spotless for you and the gates will be disassembled to make it easier to go from room to room. There may be an occasional dog hair so if you have a dog allergy, this is not the home for you.

My husband Ben and I love adventure and exploring new places. We are non-smokers and very respectful of every home. We have traveled for years using Airbnb and understand how to create the perfect place for our guests. We also know how important it is to be great guests. We have two homes to offer for exchange. One is a cabin in the Pocono Mountains and may only be available for last minute or shoulder seasons as it is a vacation rental. But feel free to msg us about it. Our primary home is in Bel Air Maryland and if you are interested in that home just message us to discuss timing etc. We can always stay with our kids if the exchange is right (that is why the calendars are not used in either home) There can be flexibility based on the exchange. Hiking, jungles, mountains, waterfalls and other nature-centered locations are what we enjoy most. We are not excited about cities as much. My husband and I may travel just the two of us or may also bring along 2 or 4 of our adult children depending on the location, accommodations, and time of year. Please feel free to contact us about any type of exchange as we have already done a couple exchanges and are obsessed with this type of travel and exploring new places!
