General Overview

Explore the Golden Heart City from this adorable little cabin! Nestled in the hills of Goldstream you'll feel like you're deep in the wilderness but you'll be within 10 minutes from town. You'll feel like a real Alaskan here! No visible neighbors is such a peaceful feeling. Step outside onto the porch and sip your coffee while listening to the dog sled teams howling. You’ll likely see squirrels, birds, possibly a frog! If you're lucky you might catch some Northern Lights!

The Space

500 sq ft of living space, a loft style bedroom with a full bathroom (we have running water!) and full kitchen. We have a queen bed, click-clack couch, or air mattress for extra guests as needed. The bathroom has a stall shower.

Guest Access

There’s 3 stairs that go up to the deck to enter the cabin and a set of stairs inside the cabin leading up to the loft bedroom. There’s no railing outside and there’s only a railing on one side of the stairs on the inside of the cabin so not ideal for mobility issues or if you have young children they may need assistance.

Neighbourhood

We are in Goldstream valley, it’s very a scenic area around the cabin and feels like you’re in the woods. Ivory Jacks is a local bar and grill located 2 minutes from the cabin. It takes approximately 10 minutes to get to any stores in Fairbanks.

Getting to my home

You’ll want a 4 wheel or all wheel drive in winter months and any vehicle during summer is fine.

Nearest airport

Fairbanks Airport, approximately 20 minutes away

Getting Around

You can rent a vehicle, use Turo, Uber, or local cab companies to get around. Fairbanks is very spread out you’ll definitely want a vehicle.
