We love how peaceful and welcoming our home feels — it’s truly our retreat at the end of a busy day. Nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Mount Pleasant, our home offers the perfect blend of Lowcountry charm and coastal relaxation. We're just minutes from Isle of Palms Beach and historic downtown Charleston, giving you easy access to both nature and culture.

The home features an open, airy layout filled with natural light, cozy furnishings, and a spacious porch that’s perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying dinner al fresco. The private, fenced backyard opens to preserved land where no one can build — offering rare privacy and tranquility. One of our favorite features is the direct access to the historic Fort Palmetto trail, a beautifully wooded path built around a Civil War-era battery that leads to breathtaking views of Hamlin Sound, Goat Island, and Isle of Palms.

We also love the convenience — we’re just around the corner from local parks, excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and scenic walking and biking trails. Our home is designed for comfort, connection, and soaking in the beauty of coastal South Carolina.

We’re the Allard family — Ryan (48), Natalie (48), our son Malin (21), and daughter Adla (19). We live in beautiful Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and we love to travel in ways that allow us to truly experience the local lifestyle. As a family, we enjoy hiking, kayaking, cooking and sharing meals, and spending quality time outdoors — especially around lakes and in the mountains.
