Neighbourhood

We live in a quiet, family-friendly area surrounded by greenery. Out front is a safe, grassy car-free zone, perfect for kids to play, and there’s a small playground just down the street. You’ll find grocery stores (Plus and Lidl) and a few takeaway options close by. A short ride by bike, bus, or car takes you into town, where you’ll find a shopping mall, plenty of cafés, restaurants, lunch spots, cinemas, parks, playgrounds, swimming pool, and cozy pubs for an evening out.

Nearest airport

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is about 30-45 minutes away.

Getting Around

Everything here is flat and easy to explore on foot or by bike, and we have some bikes available for guests to use. Depending on our own travel plans, our 7-seater car may also be available. There’s a direct bus to Amsterdam from the end of our street, and the train station (with a direct link to the airport) is just a short ride or walk away. You can venture further by car, but honestly, bikes and public transport will take you almost everywhere you want to go. We really do have it all 🙂
