Discover timeless charm and modern comfort at our 1911 historic home in Medford. Designed by architect Frank Clark and listed on the National Historic Registry, our residence offers 4 bedrooms and a Dedicated office and accommodates up to 10 guests. Enjoy an open floor plan, a room with bunk beds, a beautiful, quiet office, a spacious master bedroom with its own sitting area and a tv room with a reading nook and a 75-inch screen. Centrally located, our home provides easy access to local attractions and fun places
The space
Once you get to the address you will see a set of stairs, you will need to go up, put your code in the door to the right and enter through the kitchen. To use the main entrance you will need to use a key that will be available for you.
In that level you can find the open concept kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, pantry, living room and both porches. There are also two bedrooms: Master and bunk bed room and both bathrooms. In the lower level, which you can reach through an inside staircase you will find two more bedrooms (with queen size beds), the tv/entertainment area and the office. The two bedrooms have a set thermostat that's controlled by the adjacent apartment so usually they remain at a constant temperature and they are quite nice and efficient. We have a portable tower fan if needed but usually is not necessary. The temperature in the rest of the house is controlled through the main thermostat by the master bedroom
Guest access
If you are bringing children be aware of the stairs and the lower level in the backyard, this one is slippery and there is no access to it.
