General overview
There is something for everyone in Munich: From museums, historical sites and its parks and beergardens to the lakes, mountains and castles in the surroundings of Munich.
My home a small, but cozy two-bedroom- apartment, located in the south of Munich, between the city centre and a big forest that brings you to the beautiful lake Starnberg.
The space
We`ve got two bedrooms and a livingroom, balcony and a garden. There is a double bed, 160 cm in one bedroom (in the attic) and a 120 cm bed in the other bedroom. If necessary, an extra person could sleep on the sofa in the living room. During the warmer months we enjoy chilling on the balcony or in the garden.
Guest access
The flat is in a semi-detached house on the first floor. On the ground floor is a shared flat with four young professionals. Very nice and quiet, no worries ; )
We share the garden and the entrance, but I do have my own flat with my own kitchen and bathroom.
Notes
Because of steep stairs it is unfortunately not suitable for little ones or if you have problems taking stairs.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is in a very quiet area located between the city and a huge park. Everything you will need for daily life is nearby: supermarkets, some restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, cafes, gelateria...
The underground takes you to the city centre within 15 minutes.
Getting to my home
If you want to come by car, parking is available in front of the house. If you you choose to come by public transport, you can take the underground and will have to walk 8 minutes to my place.
