Neighbourhood

There are 3 tenants living on the property but its very quiet and private. The nearest shops, bank, gas station etc. are in the village of Rockwood 3min drive away or the larger city of Guelph 16kms away 125,000 people

Getting to my home

People mostly drive to the property which is 1 1/2 hours west of Toronto and 20 minutes east of Guelph. Its a 20 minute walk to the nearby village of Rockwood but along a very busy highway with only a gravel verge no sidewalk. From Rockwood there is a regular GO bus route 33 between Guelph to Toronto via Georgetown

International Airport Toronto Pearson Airport 43mins drive (63kms). Regional airport Waterloo 30mins (30kms)

Getting Around

Walk, bike to Rockwood (2.1kms) and catch a bus to larger cities or taxi/Uber to Guelph (16kms). Guelph has bus/train transit hub to other larger cities like Kitchener waterloo and Toronto. Also possible to rent a car to explore further afield or for more flexibility in Guelph.
