The space
Our penthouse features an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, two bedrooms two full bathrooms, and a balcony.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a walking closet and a full en suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a new double bed. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub.
Our balcony, accessible from the living room faces the Mont-Royal Park.
We provide unlimited high-speed internet with Wi-Fi.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the 16th floor of a strictly non-smoking building and accessible by elevators.
Notes
Laundry facilities (washers/dryers) are located on the 1st floor of the building.
The building is equipped with a gym, a private courtyard and communal barbecue area, a 24-hour security with a doorman, an onsite convenience store and a fast-food restaurant (Subway), both located on the 2nd floor. Wi-Fi is available in all communal areas.
Our home will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay. For non-reciprocal exchanges ( Globe), we kindly request a C$100 cleaning fee. Of course, for reciprocal exchanges there is no cleaning fee.
Indoor parking is available (fee). Access to public transportation from our place is exceptional (metro/bus/Bixi/Communauto).

Getting around
Access to public transportation from our place is exceptional (metro/bus/Bixi/Communauto). Two metro stations (Peel and McGill) 5 min. away. Two bus stops in front of the building. Bixi city bikes 3 minute walk. Communauto sharing car system in the parking lot.
In-door/outdoor parking is available (fee).
Easy walking distance access to shoping centers, underground city, museums, restaurants and bars. Hospitals, several pharmacies, grocery, liquor, and legal Québec Cannabis stores located within a short walk.
The building a facing the beautiful large Park of Mont-Royal (see picture above taken from our balcony), 3 minute walk from us.
The historical McGill University old campus is literally across the street.
Old Port and St Laurent river (half an hour walk or by bus or metro). Bell Center Hockey Arena (10 minute walk).
