Open floor plan, Big windows with natural light. AC rarely used because of the great airflow. Minimum decorating. Kitchen has all the gadgets - juicer, blender, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Lanai ( balcony ) has seating and gorgeous sunsets.

3 Story building. Condo on third floor. No elevator. Not for wheelchairs.

Notes

You don't necessarily need a car as Waikiki, restaurants, hikes, and shops are all within walking distance. However there is a car available to rent. One assigned space. Lots of street parking.
