The house is located in a town called Santa Maria Huatulco , one of the still not too crowded beaches in the Pacific ocean .

The space

Large 5-bedroom house suitable for a family and/or group of friends, each with its own bathroom, open living/dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, blender and juicer). The house has one terrace located on the 2nd floor and a rooftop terrace. There is also a utility room with washing machine. Two of the outstanding features of this property are the modern architecture (open, spacious & functional) and the 25 meter long pool, ideal for length swimming, and integrating with the children's pool at one end.

Guest access

The property is located within 15 mins walk to the supermarket and within 10 mins to the beach, bars and restaurants. By taxi/hire car, the bus terminal is located within 5 mins and the airport within 35 mins.

  • Hi Elisa and Richard: Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your lovely home in La Crucecita. I am pretty sure the grandchildren spent more time in the pool than out of it! The very open design allowed us to take advantage of breezes in the main living area, which helped with the hot days. And of course the bedrooms with the ACs ensured we were comfortable at night. I would definitely recommend your home to anyone interested in visiting that part of Mexico. Brian

  • We LOVED our trip to Santa Cruz. Elisa’s home is incredible and is in a great location to get to all the near by beaches and explore a little bit further afield. Elisa was really easy to chat with and sort out any details. Señora Lucia looks after the house and was so lovely and hospitable (definitely need to bring google translate if your Spanish is not great). Thankyou for trusting us to be your first home exchange. Would love to visit again sometime.

Something about ourselves, we work in sales and as a project manager and we have been living in this lovely city for over 10 years. We love cooking (you’d able to see by our great kitchen) and crafting (sewing, DIY) . We love nature and good food places !
