The house is located in a town called Santa Maria Huatulco , one of the still not too crowded beaches in the Pacific ocean .

Large 5-bedroom house suitable for a family and/or group of friends, each with its own bathroom, open living/dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, blender and juicer). The house has one terrace located on the 2nd floor and a rooftop terrace. There is also a utility room with washing machine. Two of the outstanding features of this property are the modern architecture (open, spacious & functional) and the 25 meter long pool, ideal for length swimming, and integrating with the children's pool at one end.

The property is located within 15 mins walk to the supermarket and within 10 mins to the beach, bars and restaurants. By taxi/hire car, the bus terminal is located within 5 mins and the airport within 35 mins.

We are a British-Mexican couple living in Amsterdam. We have a lovely 7 yo daughter and a new born ( June 26) , we like to start traveling more to child friendly places , city trips or nature getaways . Something about ourselves, we work in sales and as a project manager and we have been living in this lovely city for over 10 years. We love cooking (you’d able to see by our great kitchen) and crafting (sewing, DIY) . We love nature and good food places ! We love to exchange our place - we are open for exchanges : > Weekend trips 2-3h from Amsterdam (travelling 2 adults and 2 kids) we need 2 rooms and a child friendly setting (cot, chair) > Holiday trips 1-2 weeks : depending on location we might travel with 2 more adults ( my parents or friends)
