General Overview

Welcome to Portugal , our Paradise - house is located in the North of Portugal , in the district of Montalegre, location is aprox. 160 kms from the airport (you would need a car to get here) we are 90km from the City of Braga (third biggest city in Portugal) , 35km from Chaves, 15km to the Spanish border , 8km the center district , 12km from Vilar de Perdizes (famous village , known for the mistical events , popular medicines etc.), 10km to the Natural Park of Gerês and 100kms to Oursence - the Spanish termal spring waters (must visit) We have stunning water views. The house is just aprox. 200 mts form the dam The region is known for it's exelent smocked meets,. and meet breeding ( barrosã- animails raised / fed naturally in the mountains ). Best vegetables and fruits are famous form this region (chestnuts + patatos + cabbages "couves" and "pranta") And the entire region, is proper for all aquatic activities ; fishing and other water activities , paragliding, hunting , golfe, cicloturism and pedestrial paths (inside and outside of the natural parque of the Gerês . Breath taking natural landscapes . Ancestrail customes ( natural remedies + the legend of the Misarela bridge (see Youtube)) ... Unique landscape - polution free Summers here are tempered and winters are cold.

On the ground floor : a big open saloon with aprox. 100 m2 with a kitchen and a bathroom ) The upper floor consistes of 1 bathroom + 2 bed-rooms and and a balcony of 20m2
