General overview
My apartment is 40 km north of Porto (I only have photos of the sea view - as soon as possible I will post photos of the interior of the apartment, on the north coast, perfect for surfers, or walkers, or if you intend to walk, the path to Santiago de Compostela, this is the perfect place This beach is said to have the healthiest iodine ever, completely therapeutic!!!

Neighbourhood
Market day on Saturdays, just 50 mts from the apartment. Fresh fish directly from the fisherman, just 50 mts away. Lots of wonderful fish restaurants, supermarket across the street, lots of cafes... Wild beach, but also just 2 km from town (Póvoa de Varzim)... casino, also in town. Viana do Castelo is definitely worth a visit, and is only approx. 30 km away.
