General overview
a few minutes from the beach.
brand new apartment, large (100 square meters) 4 rooms.
Kitchen well equipped with all the cooking equipment and appliances that cook lovers need.
The pantry is full and you're more then welcome to use it, (Excellent Israeli boutique beers are also included :))
we're even growing vegetables that you can harvest while you stay (Arugula, Cilantro, Basil, Lettuce etc..)
The space
1 big Living room + 3 additional rooms.
(master bedroom, children's room and games/work room)
in the rooms we have a Parents unit with 1 king size bed, toilet and shower.
kids room with 2 kids bed.
The sofas in the living room also functions as beds (very comfortable) when needed.
The apartment has washing and drying machines, a vacuum cleaner, coffee maker etc.
Guest access
on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator, including 2 private parking spaces, with direct access from the parking lot to our apartment.

Neighbourhood
Our apartment is located in very near the main highway (Ayalon, road 20) 10-15 min from Tel Aviv.
The whole neighborhood is new, a lot of young couples and families, so there are plenty of amusement parks, playground facilities, green lungs and spaces to run about.
The neighborhood very green, quiet, pleasant and very friendly for children - adjacent to a lots of playgrounds and green parks.
here you can find bicycle paths, and we have road bikes, children's bikes, toddler's bikes, kids scooters and E scooter and more.
Nearest airport
Ben Gurion's airport, 20-30 Min from us.
