General Overview

Privately positioned at the rear of our lovely fairhaven House in Lytham St Annes is our modern self-contained luxury annex.

The space was re-modelled and furnished to a very high standard in 2022, only a minutes walk to Fairhaven lake and the beach.

The train is only a few minutes walk away, giving access to Lytham and St. Annes.

The Space

There's a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There's also a table with four chairs. Leading off this is a private shower room.

In the living are, there is a sofa ( sofa bed), double bed and for ‘film night’ a projector (with chromecast) and projector screen.

The bed is a stunning double Murphy bed.

Guest Access

The annexe is an extension at the rear of the property. On arrival you will be given you own keys which provide access through your own private entrance via at the rear of the property.

If you are arriving and need to self check in, a code will be given to the lock box located at the rear of the property.
