Beachfront King bedroom condo in Panama City Beach, Florida, USA.

The Space

This high-rise beachfront condo is on the 4th floor, accessible by elevators or stairs. The condo can sleep up to 7 people, but it is ideal for 5 or fewer (two in King bed, one in daybed, two in hall bunks and one/two on L-shaped couch in living room.) Private bedroom with vanity and sink, master bathtub/shower and toilet, and half bath with vanity, sink and toilet.  Every effort has been made to create a clean, comfortable stay. We supply many towels, blankets and pillows, soaps, and beach gear. Our unit comes with two rental chairs and an umbrella from the rental service on the beach. Additional beach chairs are in the unit for your trips to the state park or other beaches nearby. We have a washer/dryer combo in the unit. You can cook meals in the equipped kitchen or buy food at the pool grill and restaurants across the street.

Notes

If you have never been to Panama City Beach, you are in for a treat! The sand is white and soft, the ocean is clear turquoise, weather is good almost year-round for enjoying the beach, and there are wonderful communities to explore (from PCB to 30A for restaurants and shopping.) This area has many child-friendly activities such as mini-golf, aquariums, go-karts, Ripley's museum and more. Crowds in the summer are Midwestern to Southern folk- relaxed and not pretentious in PCB, but if you want that vibe just take a short ride to 30A for luxury homes, shopping and dining. It's the best of both worlds.

Neighbourhood

Our condo building is across the road from restaurants and bars with live music. You can find pizza, burgers, ice cream, Mexican, barbeque, and more. There is a Walmart about 5 minutes up the road for groceries. Just a short drive to seafood restaurants, etc.

Getting to my home

Fly into ECP airport in Panama City for the easiest trip. Otherwise, you can rent a car and come from Destin to PCB.

Nearest airport

ECP is 20 minutes or so from the condo.

Getting Around

Groceries can be delivered, and you can walk to restaurants, but I always like to have a car so that I can explore everything in the nearby towns too.
