General Overview

Beautiful apartment in a high-end condo. Located in the charming little town of Lagos, from where Portuguese explorers set out in the fifteenth century. With its cobbled pedestrian streets, the old town will seduce you. 5 minutes from the marina, with its lively district. There is a very long beach within a 15 minute walk. Several secluded beaches at the foot of the cliffs, within a 15 minute walk. There is a small train if you don't care to walk. Parking is easy. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE CASE OF AN EXCHANGE FOR A GLOBE, I ASK FOR A CLEANING FEE OF 100 EUROS. NO EXCHANGES OF LESS THAN ONE WEEK.

The Space

This large apartment offers three large bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with two single beds. Plenty of space for your clothes and belongings. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two share a bathroom with shower. Large living and dining room, bright and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and a comfortably furnished terrace for outside dining and grilling. There is a second, larger terrace, furnished with Adirondack armchairs, fire pit table and dining room furniture, with a beautiful view of the city and the sea. On the ground floor there is an indoor pool and hot tub, a gym and outside there is a pool with sun loungers.

Guest Access

Located on the 5th and last floor, this penthouse is not suitable for wheelchair users. There is ample underground parking. Lagos Old Town is a 10-minute walk away. There are two very nice little restaurants downstairs, if you don't feel like walking.

Near the condo, there is a nice farmer's market on Saturdays. Two restaurants downstairs. All types of food stores you might need. The fishermen's market, located at the entrance to the pedestrian zone, is 10 minutes away. 100 meters away, a Pingo Doce, a very well stocked supermarket

Faro International Airport 45 minutes away. Lisbon Airport, 2 hours 30 minutes away.

Getting Around

Everything is within walking distance. A car is necessary if you want to explore this beautiful region, located between the sea and the mountains
