The Space

Our flat is 115m2 large plus a nice terrace, perfect to enjoy a nice cool drink after a sightseeing day. Large sitting-room with hardfloor,a pleasant mix of antiques and modern and paintings. Air conditioning here. Kitchen with all appliances of highest quality,steam oven and teppan-yaki (japanese grill) granite countertop. Master bedroom with queensize bedwith TEMPUR matress and en suite bathroom. (shower)The second room is our son's den, with a desk, a queen size very comfortable opening couch with a thick Bultex mattress . In the third bedroom, there is a classical double bed . It's large enough for 2 persons. Cupboard, parquet, carpet, in each room. Bathroom withwith bathtub. Motor-motioned blinds. Our flat is located on the 5th floor of a condo of 6.There is a Lift of course. Underground garage. A car exchange is possible: our car is a peugeot 208, large enough for 4/5 persons, air conditioned . Housekeeping once a week can be proposed. Our apartment is 115 m2, plus a beautiful well-appointed terrace to enjoy the summer evenings. The large living room dining room is furnished in a pleasant mix of design and antique furniture. We love painting, there are paintings everywhere! This room is air-conditioned. the master bedroom has a 160 cm bed with a Tempur mattress that will make you feel like you're floating. The bathroom is en-suite. the other two bedrooms are equipped, one with a 140 bed and the other with a very comfortable BZ Ligne Roset sofa. The second bathroom has a bathtub.

Our flat is located on the 5th floor of a condo of 6.There is a Lift of course. Underground garage. A car exchange is possible: our car is a peugeot 2008, large enough for 5 persons, air conditioned . Housekeeping once a week can be proposed. We are located on the 5th floor of a 6-room building. We have a garage in the second basement, and a recent 208 that can be part of the exchange. We can offer a cleaning service.

Notes

our building is located in the Monchat district, 20 minutes by car from the city center. Our area is known for its village atmosphere, and you will find all the food shops nearby. A farmers market is held 2 times a week nearby. Buses heading to the most interesting places depart from the foot of the building. (200m) PLEASE NOTE THAT IN CASE OF EXCHANGE FOR A GLOBE, I ASK FOR A CLEANING FEE OF 70 EUROS.

Neighbourhood

Our condo is located in a very desirable area, with all the shops you desire nearby; 3 times a week there is a village-like market where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. Lyon is a very interesting place to visit, famous for the countless small restaurants you can find there. It is here that the most 3-star restaurants of the famous Michelin gastronomic guide are located: among them, the world-famous chef, PAUL BOCUSE, but several others less known outside France are worth a visit. The oldest part of the city was built in the 14th and 15th centuries, we have the largest Renaissance district in Europe. It is part of the Unesco World Heritage Site. There are several guided walking tours through it. There are plenty of museums, Roman remains (theatre), shopping. 1 hour drive, and this is our birthplace of the world-famous frog legs. Dare, try, it's a marvel! (I'll give you my best addresses) 2 hours by train to the south, it's the Mediterranean. 2 hours to the north, and it's Paris. Geneva and the castle of the famous marconesse de Sévigné are 1h30 away. I'll share with you my favorites, where tourists don't go. welcome!
