General Overview

Beautiful, stylish 5 Bedroom Victorian traditional house in the heart of London’s vibrant Clapham area. A few minutes walk to the nearest tube station to take you into central London in 10mins, or stay in the area which has parks, shops and restaurants within 10mins walk. There are plenty of green spaces around and this area is both family and LGBT friendly, great for foodies too. The underground is in Zone 2 so very central.

The Space

This is a spacious, three storey Victorian house on a quiet residential road 5 mins walk from Clapham North underground station and supermarket. As you enter the hallway there is a shoe cabinet and downstairs toilet. The hallway leads to a large living room and kitchen with a small enclosed tropical garden. On the first floor are three double bedrooms and the main bathroom. On the next floor is another double bedroom and the top floor has a shower room and large loft bedroom with two double beds and en-suite bathroom.

Guest Access

There are three floors so would not be suitable for those with restricted access.

This is a pet free, non smoking house but pet enquiries are welcome.

Neighbourhood

Clapham is great for young professionals and families. Transport links are close with the Zone 2 underground taking you to central London in 10mins or buses to the museums. There are lots of restaurants and bars as well as two nightclubs on the high street. Clapham is a safe area and popular with families as you have Clapham Common park nearby with playgrounds and a splash park for young children.

Come out of the Clapham North underground station and the house is 5mins walk down Landor road.
