Newly renovated Cottage offer 3 bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen ( all the utensils to prepare your meal) , living room with cozy gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Netflix. Private driveway offers 4 parking spot. About 14 minutes walking to the FALLS, 10 minutes walking to Fallview casino and OLG Stage. The house is almost hidden away from a quiet residential road, about 80 yards from the sidewalk to our front porch.

The Space

You will have access to the whole house, fromt and back yard There are 3 bedrooms : * Master bedroom on the mainfloor with queen bed * 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, double beds

Notes

Cleaning fee : $ 120 CAD Please be advised that our cleaning fee would not be in effect if the home we are swapping does not implement cleaning fee. Please disregard the cleaning fee if you don't have cleaning fee with your Home Exhange rule.
