Newly renovated Cottage offer 3 bedrooms, a beautiful kitchen ( all the utensils to prepare your meal) , living room with cozy gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Netflix. Private driveway offers 4 parking spot. About 14 minutes walking to the FALLS, 10 minutes walking to Fallview casino and OLG Stage.
The house is almost hidden away from a quiet residential road, about 80 yards from the sidewalk to our front porch.

You will have access to the whole house, fromt and back yard

* Master bedroom on the mainfloor with queen bed
* 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, double beds

Perfect location and super cute house within walking distance of Niagara Falls! Highly recommend if you’re wanting to be close to the Falls -
What a great location! This cottage style home in Niagara Falls is so close to the falls that we could easily walk to the falls. It is neat comfortable home set back from the road for a sense of privacy and not being in the city. A good place to be. Oh! Yes we were also welcomed with a bottle of a Niagara region wine. A very nice touch.
