General overview

The absolute best part of our home is the fact that it faces west, looking over Eagle Mountain Lake. We get the most amazing sunsets right from our patio and also the primary bedroom. We have a 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo that has been recently updated to fit our family of 3.

The space

The space is split into two levels. On the upper level, you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and laundry. It has a very open floor plan and the lake views are right out back. There is also an outdoor patio with a grill, tables and chairs, and rockers for those summer nights. The downstairs (ground level) is where the two bedrooms are located. The smaller bedroom is great for kids, and has a connected bathroom. The primary bedroom is very large, with expansive windows and a sliding glass door that goes directly to the grassy area in the photos. There are tables and chairs, another large grill, hammock, and two docks that are community use by others in the complex. The complex is small, and the majority of units are only weekend places.

Guest access

As our home is split level with stairs, it is not suitable for those with mobility limitations. There are two parking spots right out front and close to the doorway.

Neighbourhood

We live on the very end of a long peninsula on Eagle Mountain Lake. The drive is quiet and the homes are beautiful. It is a very quiet and safe area. We live next door to the Fort Worth Boat Club, which has a pool, restaurant, pickle ball courts, and sailing access for its members.

Getting to my home

You would fly into DFW International Airport. It is about 40 min by car.

Getting around

We will leave one car (Toyota Venza - hybrid). Car is the easiest to travel to grocery stores and things to do in Ft Worth.
