General Overview

We have an adorable cozy tiny home in Mineral Wells, TX. We are about 1 hour from DFW airport. The home is on a very wooded 10 acre property.

The Space

The tiny home is 399 sq feet. The home consists of a main floor and an addiitonal loft. The main floor has the outdoor patio, living/dining/kitchen, laundry, and primary bedroom. The loft contains a playroom or additional living space, and a secondary bedroom with two twin beds. This space is perfect for kids (although it is only accessible via ladder so not suitable for those with mobility issues).

The home is accessible by a small flight of stairs from the ground to the patio where the front door is.

Getting to my home

Fly into DFW International Airport and travel about an hour west to Mineral Wells TX. We can potentially arrange to leave a car depending on the situation!

Getting Around

We are about 7 minutes to downtown Mineral Wells, which consists of fun shops and boutiques. We are also 12 minutes to Mineral Wells State Park, a gorgeous wooded state park with trails, rock climbing, and a lake.
