General Overview

At least one occupant must be at least 55 years old. Very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Casita with kitchenette. Great privacy for two couples. Beautiful back patio with outdoor table, chairs, gas BBQ, Traeger smoker grill and firepit. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, large soaker bathtub, 2 car garage. Electric golf cart. Quiet Retirement community.

The Space

Large great room, wood floors with full kitchen, all small appliances, great array of basic spices. Large TV, limited channels, good Wi-Fi throughout house and Casita. Separate office that can become an extra (small) bedroom with the self-inflating mattress from closet.

Retirement community rules require at least one person in house to be at least 55 years old. Very quiet retirement community with very friendly neighbors. Great area for hiking. Golf course behind house. Lots of golf courses in the area.
