After years of renovation, we’re 96.5% done ;-) and are thrilled to share our beautiful home with fellow travelers!
Our home is a comfortable retreat that sleeps up to 5 guests (best suited for 4 adults and 1 small child, or 2 adults and 3 children).
* Primary Bedroom: Spacious king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring both shower and tub. The room also has a cozy sitting area for quiet moments.
* Guest Room: Queen-size bed.
* Office/Guest Room: Currently furnished with a small IKEA-style chair pull-out bed, ideal for a toddler or small child. We plan to add a queen-size Murphy bed in the near future to accommodate an additional guest. Will update when installed.
One of our favorite features is our private pool and spa area. The pool was recently retiled and replastered (3’–5’ deep) and now includes a heater so you can enjoy it year-round. The adjoining jetted spa is the perfect place to relax in the evenings after a day of exploring.
Our home is located close to everything: shopping, theaters, parks, and restaurants,. Relax by the private pool/spa in our large (13,000 sq. ft) backyard during the day and enjoy a beverage on the patio by the tabletop fire at night.
With a spacious kitchen, formal dining, two living areas, office space, home gym, —this is the perfect blend of comfort after a day of adventure.
Guest Access
Our home is a single level home in small, gated community. A gate code will be provided to visiting guests.
Notes
We have two more home projects: Complete renovation of the primary bedroom and bathroom which is expected to be completed by February/March 2026. In the meantime, the primary bedroom and bath (double sinks, toilet, and tub) are perfectly usable, just dated. The shower in the primary needs renovating (from the 80s!) but we have a beautiful, brand new guest bathroom to offer during your stay.

Neighbourhood
Our home is located 7 minutes to all major freeways/highways. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, cafes, gas, pharmacy, home improvement stores are less than 5 min drive in any direction of our home. There is a small park across the street from the entrance of our subdivision.
Getting to my home
Best way to get to our home is by rental car, Uber, or use of our vehicle. We recommend taking an Uber from airport to our home. You will need to have the gate code ready for your driver.
Note: Getting into our garage can be tricky! While the inside of our home has been modernized, the garage spaces (like the bedrooms) are smaller than homes build now. Having a vehicle is imperative for longer stays, but Uber is usually recommended for any trips you might want to take to The Strip.

Getting Around
Las Vegas is surprisingly easy to navigate for such a world-famous destination. Our home is centrally located, so almost everything you want or need is within a 20-minute drive. The iconic Las Vegas Strip is just 15–20 minutes away, making it easy to enjoy shows, dining, and entertainment without the noise and crowds.
For shopping, you can head to Fashion Show Mall near the Strip or explore Downtown Summerlin in the area Summerlin (West edge of Las Vegas) an open-air shopping and dining destination loved by locals.

LeiMomi
Travel is our love language! We're LeiMomi and Darryl—an active, travel-hungry couple who embraces being a "local" wherever that may be.
READY IN MAY 2026 - We’re two projects away from our home being 100% ready. Stay tuned.
LeiMomi is a serial entrepreneur who recently retired from running a successful charcuterie business. Darryl retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2011 and is an aerospace instructor at a local high school. He’s working toward his second retirement, and we’re counting down the days—come May 2026, we’ll officially be free to travel anywhere, anytime!
Originally from Hawai‘i (LeiMomi) and San Diego (Darryl), we made Las Vegas our home after raising four kids and becoming empty nesters. We're also the proud grandparents of three.
We have two sweet dogs of our own and are currently fostering a rescue pup. When we host guests, our dogs are cared for by fellow dog lovers, and our home is professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival..
Our home is designed for relaxation and the open floorplan allows for connection - offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Our favorite place for coffee in the mornings and watch the sunrise over the mountains. Since this photo was taken, we’ve upgrade our outdoor furniture and will post new photos soon.
Did you know there are so many places to hike in Vegas? We have beautiful mountains only 4o minute drive from our home.
Kayak into Emerald Caves. This is a fun experience. As you paddle down between the mountains, you can often see mountain goats along the way.
Look closely! While kayaking through the canyon (Emerald Caves / Willow Beach Tour) you can see various desert wildlife including big horn sheep, fox, coyotes, as well as desert rabbits, hawks and falcons
Red Rock Canyon is Las Vegas’ most stunning natural escape. Just 15 minutes from our home where you can hike (in cooler temps) or simply drive the scenic loop. You'll want to see this desert gem is right in our city’s backyard.
If you're done with the neon lights of The Strip and need a dose of nature, Zion National Park just two hours from your “home.” You can choose to hike along a path through The Narrows (see next pic) or drive the loop and take in the humbling and majestic jaw dropping views. It's one of our favorite getaways.
