The Las Vegas Strip gets the lion's share of attention which makes our home the perfect retreat from the crowds. It gives you the rare combination of peace, space, and proximity.
Located in a beautiful gated community, you’ll enjoy quiet mornings, (may even hear a rooster crow and humming birds feed) much needed privacy, and a true "home away from home" neighborhood feel. We offer a single-level layout, generous yard, and modern smart-home upgrades to make your stay comfortable.
World-class dining, shopping, golf, hiking, and outdoor adventures all just minutes away so you get the full Las Vegas experience without sacrificing rest or comfort. It's BALANCE that makes it special.

LeiMomi
Travel is our love language! We're LeiMomi and Darryl—an active, travel-hungry couple who embraces being a "local" wherever that may be.
LeiMomi is a serial entrepreneur who recently retired from running a wonderful charcuterie business. Darryl retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2011 and was an aerospace instructor at a local high school and retired last month. Translation: We're FREE!!!
Originally from Hawai‘i (LeiMomi) and San Diego (Darryl), we made Las Vegas our home after raising four kids and becoming empty nesters. We're also the proud grandparents of three, and soon to be four.
We have two sweet pups, but when we host guests, our dogs are cared for by fellow dog lovers, and our home is professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival. You will receive a lint roller in your welcome basket just in case you encounter any "dog glitter."
Our home is designed for relaxation and the open floor plan allows for connection - offering everything you need for a comfortable stay.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
Kitchen with upgraded appliances: silent dishwasher, microwave with convection oven, standard oven and a walk-in pantry to hold your favorite treats.
First living space - our cozy and casual TV room with 55” tv screen with auxiliary speakers.
Aug 10th - Pool project complete! ☑️. New tile, replastered, painted pool deck and patio. Ready for your visit!
Our favorite place for coffee in the mornings and watch the sunrise over the mountains. Since this photo was taken, we’ve upgrade our outdoor furniture and will post new photos soon.
Did you know there are so many places to hike in Vegas? We have beautiful mountains only 4o minute drive from our home.
Kayak into Emerald Caves. This is a fun experience. As you paddle down between the mountains, you can often see mountain goats along the way.
Look closely! While kayaking through the canyon (Emerald Caves / Willow Beach Tour) you can see various desert wildlife including big horn sheep, fox, coyotes, as well as desert rabbits, hawks and falcons
Red Rock Canyon is Las Vegas’ most stunning natural escape. Just 15 minutes from our home where you can hike (in cooler temps) or simply drive the scenic loop. You'll want to see this desert gem is right in our city’s backyard.
If you're done with the neon lights of The Strip and need a dose of nature, Zion National Park just two hours from your “home.” You can choose to hike along a path through The Narrows (see next pic) or drive the loop and take in the humbling and majestic jaw dropping views. It's one of our favorite getaways.
There's hockey and then there's Las Vegas style hockey. It' s a party with sports ;-) Even if you're not a hockey fan, it's one of the most fun live sports experiences in the city.
View from the High Roller Observation Wheel at the Linq Hotel
The Fremont Experience - These LED lights stretches five blocks above Fremont Street, pulsing with color, animation, and perfectly synced music every night. It’s loud, electric, and unapologetically Vegas.
Love to golf like Darryl does?! Lush courses are often unexpected in the desert, but Las Vegas golf courses are beautiful and framed by rugged desert landscapes and palm trees, They’re impeccably maintained and designed to impress.
Craig Ranch Park is a lush, wide-open oasis in the desert, known for its winding walking paths, expansive green lawns, ponds with ducks and turtles, and several "themed" playgrounds for kids of every age. It’s where locals go to breathe, move, and slow the pace.
This magnificent photo was taken outside our home from our street. We see these often and can never get enough of the sunsets here.
Bryce Canyon is famous for its towering natural stone spires carved by wind, water, and time (called hoodoos) Stay until sunset and watch the magic happen!
Darryl and Brandy walking up to Mary Jane Falls. These hikes are not far from our home and are the perfect break from the lights of the Vegas.
Experience Nevada’s "Wild West" and tour the silver mines. If you love off-the-beaten-path experiences, this is one often overlooked. It's a history lesson + adventure.
Our new guest bathroom! We’re excited to finally have this updated.
