General overview
Pretty independent house located very close to the beach, 150m from a large community swimming pool with green area and paddling pool, 200m from a playground for children and adults, basketball, football, petanque, the area is very friendly and quiet. The space
A very beautiful garden with a palm tree will welcome you for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the barbecue nearby and will allow you to sunbathe or relax in peace in the shade of the palm tree or under the awning. The veranda and its summer or winter lounge will also be very appreciated, the weather is always good there. You will enter the living room dining room. The kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, appliances, dishwasher, with storage and worktop precedes the newly redone master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. Another bedroom with a bridge bed, so storage is available near a children's bedroom with two single beds. A cot is available as well as the necessary baby. A second bathroom wc is located near these bedrooms. All rooms are air conditioned.

Notes
A self-service grocery store with bread is located near the beach. Several restaurants, bars on the beach a few minutes walk away. Several supermarkets can be found at the entrance to the town, 2 to 3 minutes by car. All the shops are present as well as many restaurants and leisure areas (paddle, golf, jet-ski…). Many walks around the house going to the sea and the mountains popular with hikers and cyclists. The beach is very nice. This house is our secondary and family residence, the external affairs are stored inside and without being manic the cleaning is always done before our departure for a friendly welcome, we thank you for doing it also when you leave, very respectful of the environment. others is also what we will do before leaving your home. Games are available, petanque, society… the community swimming pool opens from June to the beginning of October. Sale of fruits and vegetables nearby.
