We have an updated comfortable home with great views of Puget Sound and the Cascade mountains. Our neighborhood has a sandy beach, marina and excellent golf course. There are over 30 miles of walking trails through the neighborhood. We are within 30 minutes of Port Townsend (historic seaport) with many festivals, Poulsbo ("Little Norway"), Port Gamble (historic mill town). Sequim with lavender farms, and Olympic National Park are just a bit farther. Kingston and Bainbridge have ferries to walk on to visit Seattle. Port Angeles is one hour away with a ferry to Victoria BC.
The space
Our home has the primary bedroom on the main floor with living room, kitchen, family room and dining room. There is a powder room and laundry room on the main floor. There is a deck with a propane fireplace and BBQ grill on the main level. There is a downstairs with another bedroom, full bath, family room area and a full sized bed in a bumpout (with limited privacy). There is a foldout sofa for the 7th person if needed. There is a patio off the downstairs level.
Guest access
A person can enter the main floor from the driveway with no stairs. There are stairs to the downstairs level.

My husband and I are retired and want to see the world. We enjoy natural beauty and exploring new places and meeting people from different cultures.
