Balgowlah is on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.  5 mins drive to Manly Beach and dining precinct. Many fabulous walks close by including North Head and Spit to Manly Walks.  Iconic Sydney Ferries from Manly to Sydney CBD (20 min ride).  Fabulous position with public transport close by.

From Sydney airport catch train to Sydney CBD, then Bus from to Balgowlah - with 3 min walk to my home.
