Sarah and Abraham are wonderful guests, great communicators and neat as can be. I am so glad they were able to come to enjoy the sights around Swampscott and Boston. They are lovely and we felt so comfortable having them stay . Sarah watered my plants, and left me a lovely orchid and keychain upon her departure . what a treat to come home to my home knowing someone could enjoy it while I was away. Sarah and Abraham have two beautiful children and I hope they can all come back again to enjoy the area !

We had a wonderful stay at MJ”s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. MJ was an incredibly thoughtful host, she even provided some snacks upon our arrival, which was such a nice touch. When we needed assistance with extra linens and a first-aid supply, they were quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a great experience staying in Brenda’s beautiful home.The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood that felt very safe and peaceful. It’s just minutes from the beach and super convenient to shops, restaurants, and freeway access — the location couldn’t be better. Brenda was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything from check-in to check-out effortless. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, even offering an extra night of hospitality (such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture). I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be staying again next time we’re in town!

We had a fantastic stay in the home of Marc and Michelle. Communication has been excellent, straight from the beginning to the very end of our stay. We felt blessed to have had the opportunity to stay here. Marc and Michelle have been so generous to us. They’re both super sweet and amazing human beings. They have done everything to make us feel welcome and right at home. The mansion is beautiful and clean - it’s located next to the shore! 😍😍 We had fun exploring the surrounding areas and can’t wait to go back!! Thanks so much Michelle & Marc.💕

My family and I had a lovely time in Karen’s beautiful home.Her place is situated in a lovely gated golf course community. The location is perfect! We had a great time exploring the beaches, towns nearby and had no trouble at all finding delicious places to eat with the help of Karen. Her home was lovely, clean and comfortable. Karen was very accommodating to our last minute request and she was the perfect host ensuring we had everything we needed for a great get away. If you ever have an opportunity to exchange with Karen, do not hesitate, she is very generous and kind! We give her A+.
