Lively area, Montparnasse quarter only a few minutes' walking, immediate vicinity of famous Rue des Thermopyles pedestrian romantic street as well as Cité Bauer. Vibrant rue Raymond Losserand street with shops galore on doorstep (food, groceries, yummy baker, plant-based baker and patisserie, terrazza restaurants to name but a few), cafés to enjoy morning brew on sunny terrazza. All oh sooooo French.
