General Overview

A beautiful home in the best community! 

Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a huge playroom/media room, a family room, living room, kitchen, laundry room,and dining room.  

We have lots of toys for kids 5-12 as well as video gaming and an outdoor basketball hoop in the driveway.  We have bikes, roller skates, scooters, baseball, pickleball and various outdoor games for you to enjoy. 

Backyard is lush and green with a stone patio, trampoline, small rock wall and jungle gym for kids. Backyard is fully fenced and a wonderful place to see local birds, squirrels and chipmunks. We have a landscape service that comes once a week and a bi-weekly cleaning service that cleans the entire house.

Our neighborhood is simply the best! Awesome neighbors, an olympic sized pool, water slide, tennis courts, clubhouse, soccer field, playground, pond for fishing, walking trails and all of this with tons of trees, creeks, and nature all around. People are constantly walking, running and riding bikes around he neighborhood. There is a huge neighborhood party for 4th of July celebration complete with a bike parade for the kids! 

We are within an hour drive from the Atlanta Zoo, the Georgia Aquarium, the Atlanta Brave’s Stadium, fruit picking, the North Georgia mountains, Stone Mountain Park, outlet malls, great restaurants, and more! Please ask if you need suggestions about what to do!

We live about 10 minutes from Lake Lanier, the biggest lake in Georgia and is perfect for swimming and boating. We live about 15 minutes from Lake Lanier Margaritaville Water Park, which is so fun for all ages. 

We have several parks with playgrounds and walking trails near by. There are two grocery stores (with a pharmacy inside) about 5 minutes away and the Mall of Georgia is about 20 minutes away.  We have two adorable "downtown" areas (The city of Suwanee and the city of Sugar Hill) within 10 minutes of our house with green space, shopping, amazing restaurants and bars.

The Space

-The master bedroom has a king bed. 

-The downstairs bedroom has a full lofted bed.

-The first upstairs secondary room has bunk beds and the other bedroom has a full bed.

-We have two ovens and a stove as well as pots and pans, toasters, instapot, etc. for all your cooking needs.  We also have an extra freezer and drink fridge in the garage.

Getting to my home

The best way to get to our home is to drive and/or fly.

Nearest airport

The nearest airport is Atlanta Hartsfield and it is about an hour away.

Getting Around

As we are deep in suburban America, you will need a car to get around. We have a car available if you would like.

We also have a golf cart that seats 6 people for getting around the neighborhood. Her name is Millie!

Hello! We are the McNairs, a family of five, from Sugar Hill, Georgia, USA. We love sports, being outside and traveling to far off places! We are looking for a 3-4 week long exchange overseas for the month of July 2026 and 2027, as well as 1-2 weeks skiing during Christmas 2026.
