Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is a mix of older homes that have been redone, new builds, and original homes from the 1940's. It is tree lined with spanish moss and beautiful to walk around. It is a short walk to the playground, tennis courts, baseball fields and pickleball courts as well as the little "village" with shops, restaurants and a fishing pier. The seafood is fresh and the southern charm is everywhere!

Getting to my home

You can flying into the Atlanta (ATL) airport and drive 4.5 hours or you can fly into Jacksonville, Florida. (JAX) and drive about an hour. There are also smaller airports of Savannah and St. Simons Island that might be closer depending on where you are coming from.

Getting Around

You will need to rent a car or golf cart to get around the island.

We are looking for a 3-4 week long exchange overseas for the month of July 2026 and 2027, as well as 1-2 weeks skiing during Christmas 2026.
