We are within walking distance of lake, shops , multiple parks and bike paths. We are also across the street from park, gym, and community pool. The nearby train whill will take you to downtown SLC as well. We are about 40 min from ski resorts and in a planned community called Daybreak located in South Jordan, Utah.

This home is 4400 sq ft. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Master, kitchen , living room, bedroom, laundry and 2 bathrooms are on the main floor. 2 bedrooms, movie theater, family room, kitchen and bath in the basement. We have a large deck and fire pit in the backyard along with a trampoline and grill.

There is beautiful large lake along with shops and restaurants less than 10 minute walk. Across the street there is a park, community center, gym and pool.

Getting around

All stores, shops , movie theater and restaurants are within a mile of our home. You can walk or bike. If you want to visit downtown SLC there is a train less than a mile away. You can also take Uber.
