General Overview

Our home is located closely to everything! We are close to Talking Stick, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, Waste Management Open, Salt River Fields for Spring Training, Barrett Jackson Car Show, and MUCH MORE! The house is conveniently located off the freeway with over 3/4 acre of back yard to play around in! We have 2000 sqft of turf, a totally remodeled pool, outdoor furniture and a pergola for all the outdoor entertaining in Arizona's sunshine! The interior of our home was just remodeled June 2022! Bedrooms: On the East wing of the house are 3 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds in each room along with additional air mattresses if necessary. Updated with new frames and cozy bedding to snuggle up in. On the West wing, enjoy the Tulum style shower under the skylight and then snuggle up in your king size bed. Guest Bathroom: The guest bathroom is my favorite because of the gorgeous skylight that provides so much natural lighting or stars to enjoy the brand new soaking bath tub in the evening! We have provided salon grade shampoo, conditioner, dry shampoo, hair spray, and heat protect spray along with some essentials care items. We picked out all the materials, textures, and accessories to remind us of our wedding location in Tulum Mexico. We hope that it will take you to a relaxing place too! Living Room: The couch is plush and the best place to relax as a group or take a catnap. We have selected all the furniture to be designed for comfort. Dining Room: The table is currently set for 6 but seats up to 8 with additional seating at the kitchen countertop. Kitchen: Because we live here, we have everything your home would have! Blenders, pots & pans, cheese grader, juicer, rice cooker, crockpot, mixer, spiralizer, and all the spices and coconut oil for cooking. Feel free to use anything we have. The fridge has some basic condiments so you don't have to go out and buy brand new (unless you want to) Fireplace: Set the mood for the evening with the electric fireplace with adjustable rock and flame color. Go wild or laid back! Backyard: This is by far the best spot to be at. Grab a cold drink, put on some music, and float in the pool. There are up to 11 designated seats, unless you count the 2 lounge floats in the pool then it is 13 by that standard. We have Kanjam & Spike ball to enjoy & a huge yard to play around in. Parking: There are 2 spots in the driveway and can park on the street if needed. Laundry: Included! Location: Is is next to the freeway, great for travelers or people who want easy access to the city. There are some road noises however because of the proximity.
