General Overview

Our house is a beautifully appointed 2 story house with all the modern features you’ll enjoy. We are situated right on the nature reserve with a private track to the most beautiful white sand of South Golden Beach. We are 20 minutes to iconic Byron Bay and the International airport of Coolangatta/ Gold Coast and all the beaches and attractions up there.

The Space

Our house is set up for families. We have 2 lounge areas ideal for teenagers. All bedrooms are downstairs and have their own en-suite or bathroom, TV, heaters and ceiling fans. The living area and kitchen upstairs also has air conditioning and a wraparound deck for outdoor living and dining. Our pool is stunning with jet spa in the shallow area which is perfect for small children. We also have outdoor lounge and kitchen/ BBQ. Relax in our fully renovated house with the only sounds you’ll hear are the waves and birds. We are situated on a nature reserve which is perfect for bush walking. Our beach is very secluded often we can walk there seeing no one just our own footprints.

Guest Access

We have stairs leading to the main living area and kitchen. We have a child gate to secure the area when small children come.

Notes

Upon approval my BMW series 1 convertible will be available to use for short trips. Please clean when you leave or put $200 in the drawer for our cleaner and let me know in advance so I can book them

Our house is situated in a small beachside village with a coffee shop within walking distance. 20 minutes walk to a restaurant, small shop and fresh food market once a week. 10 minutes drive to a full shopping centre with everything you’ll need.

Getting to my home

We are 30 minutes from Coolangatta/ Gold Coast International Airport and 30 minutes from Ballina/Byron Airport. You will need a car . We can arrange a local pick up if you’ll be using our car.
