Our home is very centrally located and within walking distance of great places to explore! We are also just an hour or two away from some amazing Colorado mountain towns (Estes Park, Breckenridge, etc) if that is on your bucket list. Our home is bright, modern, cozy, and a lovely place to binge watch TV all day or come home to at the end of a long day exploring.

The Space

We have 3 bedrooms with 2 queens and 1 king. Two of these bedrooms are upstairs sharing a bathroom, and one bedroom is downstairs with its own en suite bathroom. We also have an office space our guests are welcome to use. Garage access is not included in the listing

My wife and I love to travel and can't wait to explore the world! We have a lovely home in Denver, 8 minutes outside of downtown and within walking distance of many different restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. We are very considerate guests and would hope the same for the people we host!
