General Overview

Cozy and cozy city family home in Eindhoven. Easily accommodates 6 adults as I have two rooms with one king and one queen bed. A children's room that can also be converted into a double room With a trundle bed

The Space

My house has a warm and cozy living area with TV, wifi and a dining table. A new, very well equipped kitchen On the ground floor there are two rooms (a king-size bed and the children's room with a 140 beds and a trundle bed of 160x200) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The huge second floor has a king-size bed and a bathtub The garden is cozy, with a lounge, plenty of sun and shaddow, a barbecue and a fireplace. Lots of fruit from May to September. I started renovations in April 2025 and there were still things to be done. I will look at photos and be transparent about them when I discuss an exchange.

In my calendar I have the school periods as unavailable. In the unavailable periods, we cannot plan a home exchange, unless it is a weekend exchange for destinations at max 3 hours drive. I would definitely always try for that! My answer could just be a YES :)

Neighbourhood

From here you can discover the area, the beautiful nature (Leenderheide, Strabrechtseheide), along the van Gogh route and even have lunch in the windmill of one of his famous paintings. (At 2.5 km) Eindhoven is also the city of design with its Dutch design week in autumn, and the city of light with the Glow festival in early winter.

Getting to my home

From Eindhoven Airport, you can take a taxi (20 minutes) or go by bus. Bus 100 or 101 to the train station (about 20 minutes, and then bus 5 also 15-20 minutes) From Amsterdam there is one direct train to Eindhoven, 1.5 hours. By car: 15 minutes from the A2 motorway
