General Overview

Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic and smell the ocean breeze from your living room! This is a fantastic, very comfortable and fresh 2 bedroom property with a large terrace where you enjoy full views of the ocean. Fuseta is a lovely and authentic fishing village in the Algarve in South Portugal, with access to beaches, water sports, boat excursions and long hikes or bicycle rides along Ria Formosa on Ecovia through salt marshes and migratory bird reserves - literally on the doorstep! The apartment is a leisurely 10 minute stroll into town where there's a variety of fresh grilled fish restaurants, coffee shops, the outdoor market, harbour and sand beaches.

The Space

Open-space living room and kitchen which open onto a large terrace with sun loungers and additional dining area. 1 twin bedroom, 1 en suite master bedroom, extra bathroom in the hallway. Fully equipped and ready to move in for a very comfortable stay. TV and WIFI. Access to shared swimming pool. Parking in front, incl EV charger.

Notes

This is our secondary home and as such we have various guests and rentals and hire a professional cleaner and laundry service to turn the apartment around between every stay. We would appreciate if you are willing to contribute €100 towards that cost.

Neighbourhood

Right outside the building is nature, the Ria Formosa, and several olive/almond fields. The apartment is located in a quiet area near the end of a Cul-de-Sac.

Getting to my home

Take the train to/from Fuseta A. Frequent trains to Faro, Olhao and Tavira, as well as buses. The train station is less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Nearest airport

Faro Airport which is less than 30 minutes drive.

Getting Around

Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Frequent trains and busses to other towns. Uber and Bolt are typically available on a few minutes notice.
