General Overview

Our house is a spacious, light-filled home with a great backyard for relaxing! It's perfectly situated for exploring adorable West Chester and the Brandywine Valley. World famous Longwood Gardens is a beautiful 20 minute drive away. A short 45 minutes gets you into downtown Philadelphia or Lancaster (Amish Country). Our home would make a great base for visiting the surrounding area (NYC, Washington DC, beaches all about 2 hours away).

The Space

Our house has 4 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and family room, 2.5 baths, an office, dining room, and playroom. We have a finished basement complete with pool table, dart board, full wall projector with sofa, exercise equipment and kids play area. We have a relaxing sunroom attached to the kitchen which leads to a spacious deck with sitting area, dining table and grill. Steps off of the deck lead to a large fire pit area and a fantastic flat yard with swing set.

Guest Access

Guests have access to all 3 levels of the house. All 4 bedrooms are on the top floor, with the master bedroom having an attached master bathroom and the other rooms sharing the other bathroom.

Notes

We have 2 cats but they will not be at the house for any exchanges.

We live a quick 5 minutes to downtown West Chester, voted as one of the best places to live in America! Our neighborhood is safe, quiet and a great place to enjoy a walk.

Our home is 3 miles from the nearest Amtrak rail station (Exton-7 minutes) and 25 miles from Philadelphia Int'l Airport (40 minutes).
