General overview
Hello everyone! We’re a family of 4 (we usually travel in 3, but sometimes it can be 5 of us if my son and his partner come with us) with 2 small dogs and this is the house where we live. It’s a nice (even if well lived 😅) villa less than an hour away from the center of Rome and less than 5 minutes from the beach. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 king size beds and a queen size bed), 2 bathrooms with a shower plus two small bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, automated heating and air conditioners. Our dogs are low maintenance, since we have two gardens and they have their own door to get in and out ☺️ if our guests agree, they can stay home during the exchange, but we can arrange to leave them with a sitter, if needed be.
We have a car we can lend to the family who comes over. It’s automatic and hybrid.
We have Netflix, Amazon Video and Disney channel, so even if you don’t feel like going out, you can just relax on the sofa.

There’s a barbecue at the back garden that you can use during your holidays.

We are a family of 4 people (but one of them lives in Denmark right now) and have three dogs. I’m a teacher and my husband is the technical director of an IT/telecom company, so our holidays are the typical Italian ones ☺️ We live in a nice house very close to the sea in the southern coast of Rome. We love traveling and meeting new people.
Our house is rather big, with a solarium on the last floor where you can see the sea.
We have 3 dogs, who are very friendly and 2 of them would would either stay in the house while the other stays with s pet sitter or they’d all stay with a dog sitter if they are not coming with us (according to our guests’ preference), so the house may not be a good fit for people who suffer from allergies ❤️
The house we are listing is actually the house where we live, so, even if you will have everything you could possibly need, it is still the house where we live, so maybe it won’t be the most perfect magazine like home ☺️
We are few meters away from the sea, very close to Anzio and Rome, with direct transport there (we can also lend you a car while here).
From here you can reach Naples and the Amalfi Coast very quickly, and there are fast trains that can take you to Florence in just a bit more than 1 hour and less than 3 hours to Milan from the central station in Rome.
We’re open to short exchanges as well within few hours flight ❤️
