General Overview

Welcome to our home! We’re a family of four—though we often travel as a group of three, and sometimes five when our son and his partner join us. We also have two small, low-maintenance dogs who enjoy the freedom of our two gardens, with their own door to come and go as they please. If our guests are comfortable with it, they can stay at home during the exchange, but we’re happy to arrange a pet sitter if needed. We're also happy to bring them with us whenever it's possible and our hosts agree. Our villa is spacious, cozy, and well-loved 😊. It It’s located less than an hour from the center of Rome and very close to the sea. The house features: 🏡 4 bedrooms (3 with king-size beds, 1 with a queen-size bed) 🚿 4 bathrooms (2 full bathrooms with showers + 2 additional small bathrooms) 🍽️ 2 fully equipped kitchens ❄️ Automated heating & air conditioning ☀️ During summer, you can enjoy our above-ground swimming pool (6m x 3.75m x 1.20m), perfect for cooling off on warm days. There are also sunbeds and a large umbrella, so you can relax in the shade with a glass of wine or a cocktail while unwinding in the garden. 🔥 Love barbecues? There’s a grill in the back garden that you’re welcome to use during your stay—perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with family and friends. 🚗 We also have a car that we might be able to lend—please ask in advance. For entertainment, we offer Netflix, Amazon Video, and Disney+, so if you feel like staying in, you can relax on the sofa and enjoy a movie night. Hello and welcome! We’re a family of four—though one of us is currently living in Denmark. We also have two friendly dogs who love company. I’m a teacher, and my husband is the technical director of company that works in the airspace security field, so our holidays follow the classic Italian schedule ☺️. 🏡 About our home We live in a spacious, cozy house just a few meters from the sea on the southern coast of Rome. Our home features a solarium on the top floor where you can enjoy beautiful sea views. It’s not a showroom-perfect space, but it’s a real home, fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We also have an above ground swimming pool (6m x 4m) to give our guests a more pleasant stay. 🐶 About our dogs Our two dogs are very friendly and well-behaved. If our guests are comfortable with it, they can stay at home during the exchange, but we’re happy to arrange a pet sitter if needed. We’re also pleased to bring them with us when our hosts allow pets in their homes. Since our dogs live indoors, the house may not be ideal for guests with allergies ❤️. 🚗 Location & Travel • Just minutes from the sea, close to Anzio and Rome, with direct transport options. • A car is needed if you want to explore the area more easily. We have a Kia Piccanto we might be able to lend you depending on the type of exchange—just ask in advance. • From here, you can easily reach Naples and the Amalfi Coast. • Fast trains from Rome’s central station take you to Florence in just over an hour and Milan in under three hours. 🌍 Open to exchanges We love traveling and meeting new people, and we’re open to short exchanges within a few hours’ flight ❤️.
