Newly built 2020 private holiday home with a unique location by a child-friendly sandy beach.
World-class sunsets on the front row.
All modern equipment.
Lots of beach toys, 3 SUP Boards 2 big and 1 litle.
Barbecue and fireplace in the garden.
Pets welcome but not in the furniture
Close to harbor town with quiet and cozy harbor environment restaurant and cafes and ice cream parlors.
With several daily ferry departures to the nearby small islands.
1 hour by car to Kastrup International Airport (CPH)
1 hour by car to Copenhagen and the little mermaid.
10 minutes to Dragsholm Castle (Michelin cuisine)
20 minutes to Sommerland Sjælland (amusement park)
30 minutes to the ferry to Aarhus

3 bedrooms and a Galleried bedroom.

There are a few stairs.
