In the South west neighborhood of Montreal. We are ideally located close to public transit ; 2 metro stations, buses, car and bike share stations (Bixi) ,are all within less than 5 minutes walking distance
Downtown Montreal and the old port are 15 min metro ride away
5 minutes waking distance to one of the largest parks in Montreal (Parc Angrignon) with special walking trails in the summer and snow shoeing / X country skiing trails in the winter
Very close to parks with playgrounds and splash pads
6 minutes distance to the grocery store, pharmacy, specialty stores and cafes. 25 minutes walking distance or 10 min biking to one of the coolest summer pedestrian streets (wellington)
If you enjoy winter sports, several skiing resorts / mountains are less than one hour drive from Montreal
We are in a very residential , family friendly neighborhood. Ver calm one way street with suburbs feel while still being in the city
