Rather large older(1875) house in the middle of a small Midwest USA town. The town has all the services one would need including a hospital, all within walking distance

Entry hall, very large living room, dining room, sitting room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom on first floor. 3 bedrooms, library, 2 bathrooms and laundry room on second floor, House has a very long wrap around porch and a deck off of the kitchen

Two floors, winding stairs to upstairs-17 steps. Five steps from ground top first floor, 3 entrances.

Neighbourhood
Carrollton is the county seat. It has a courthouse, police and a sheriff. Very little crime. Very good restaurants and a coffee house. It is a rural town of 2700 people who are very friendly.
Getting to my home
Most guests fly to Chicago and take a train to a nearby town and are picked up. The nearest airport is St. Louis, There are 4 trains daily to and from Chicago.
