Our 3/2.5 townhouse on CSB allows you to enjoy both the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph's Bay. With stunning unobstructed views on all 3 levels you'll never have to miss a sunrise or sunset! The bike trail that spans the length of the Cape is directly across the street so you have easy access to walk or bike to pickleball courts, live music, the local general store or the doughnut shop. At your doorstep are miles of some of the cleanest and quietest beaches America has to offer.

🐬On the breezy first level of this property is a large shaded deck perfect for enjoying views of the gulf. Located here you'll find:

Because of how close you are to the gulf, there is not beach access directly out front and due to erosion, beach access is always changing. You can access the beach by stairs on either side of complex or a quick walk on the road past one house.

Guest Access

Guests have access to all of the house. You will be provided with an electronic door access code prior to arrival for easy check-in.

Notes

We cannot accept exchanges for more than 6 nights. We are fully booked from March to September typically, but can accommodate last minute trips for unbooked nights. 

We charge a cleaning fee of $250.  Our only expectation of you is that you wash the beach towels you used and start the dishwasher before you leave.

Neighbourhood

Cape San Blas is a gem! Located 20 minutes from the small town of Port St. Joe, it is a nature-lovers paradise. You will not find any high rises, apartment buildings, mini-golf, night clubs, or other typical beach entertainment. Here you get nature in all it's glory. The bay is full of marine wild life and so fun to explore. Dolphins and even whales have been seen from the porch and upper deck. There are several local restaurants, small convenience stores and equipment rental business on the Cape. 5 miles from our unit, at the end of the Cape is St. Joe's State park.

Getting to my home

You can drive or flying into Panama City Beach Airport (ECP)

Nearest airport

ECP, Panama City Beach is the closest airport and about 1.5 hours away. 
VPS, Destin's Airport is about 2.5 hours away.

Getting Around

There is no public transportation on the Cape. A car is a must for getting on and off the Cape, but once you're here you can bike the whole length of the Cape (10 miles)
