We love our home for its space, style, and location. It’s generously sized by London standards, with four bedrooms, a high-spec kitchen, and plenty of room for family life. The house was built in 1898 and retains many charming features from the Victorian era, giving it lots of character and a real sense of history. The interiors are tastefully and thoughtfully decorated throughout, blending modern comfort with warm, personal touches.
One of our favourite features is the private garden — a lovely spot for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or letting the kids play.
We’re based in a vibrant, culturally diverse part of North London (Zone 3, so fairly central), with excellent transport links — you can be in the heart of London in under 20 minutes. It’s the perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying the feel of a real London neighbourhood.
The local area is full of character, with independent pubs serving craft beer, cafés selling artisan goods, and plenty of green spaces, including wetlands and canals — perfect for walks, runs or bike rides.
Also worth mentioning: we have two cats. They’re very low maintenance and just need feeding by whoever is staying in the house. They’re quite shy and will mostly keep to themselves — but if that’s a deal breaker, we have family nearby who can pop in to feed them instead.

This level has three bedrooms: one adult double bedroom and two children’s rooms — one with a cot and the other with a toddler/child-size bed. There’s also a family bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
