Guest Access

This home is part of a triplex, a single-level building divided into three separate, private residences. You’ll be staying in the middle unit, with your own private entrance and full access to the entire space. You'll enter directly from the ground level, no stairs required, making access easy and convenient. While the home shares walls with neighboring units on either side, your space is fully private and thoughtfully arranged for a quiet, comfortable stay.

Getting to my home

The best way to reach the house is by car. You can either drive from Keflavík International Airport, which takes approximately 5.5 hours, or take a domestic flight from Reykjavík to Akureyri, which takes about 45 minutes.

Nearest airport

Iceland has only one international airport, Keflavík International Airport, located near Reykjavík. There is no international airport close to the house. However, Akureyri has a domestic airport, just a 15-minute drive from the house, with regular flights from Reykjavík. This makes it easy to reach the area quickly after arriving in Iceland.

Getting Around

The best way to get around is by rental car, which gives you the flexibility to take day trips and easily explore the surrounding area. The house is located about a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk from the heart of Akureyri town, making it easy to enjoy both the peaceful setting and everything the town has to offer.
