200 metres North will take you to the beach. 500 metres East takes you to The Links Golf Course and BIRDIE restaurant. 3 km to local shopping Our Estate has about 40 homes.. Friendly neighbourhood. Adjacent to the Estate is a brand new development which will eventually include about 1000 homes - but more importantly will include a village of some shops, and already has improved plans for a large craft brewery/ cafe.
