Kennedy Bay Estate is magically away from it all. Only 50 km from Perth city. Quiet - sandwiched between the Indian Ocean and The Links Kennedy Bay Golf Course. This is NOT your typical suburbia. It was originally built as a holiday resort! Dolphins in the bay most mornings and evenings - lovely to watch them from the upstairs balcony or better still from the beach. Glorious sunsets over the Indian Ocean.

Very large open living area downstairs. Lounge / Dining and Kitchen. Opens to paved patio with Weber BBQ. Outdoor dining can seat 10 and shaded lounge area is adjacent to 8 person spa.Views from Lounge and Patio to our sheltered North facing beach on the Indian Ocean.
Excellent beach for swimming, fishing and boating. And wonderful walks at Sunrise and Sunset!
Upstairs: 3 large Queen Bedrooms each with own ensuite bathroom.

2 storey home. Living area downstairs with Bedroom upstairs. Not suitable for people with limited mobility due to stairs and stepped living area in lounge/dining/kitchen areas.

We have a black and white cat called Ben. He does like a cuddle! He is an inside and outside cat - and he believes the house belongs to him.
Our house is in a quiet neighbourhood.

Kennedy Bay Estate was built as a resort on the beautiful Warnbro Sound beach - between Safety Bay and Secret Harbour.
We are 2 min walk to one of the safest beaches in Perth. No surfing waves here - but excellent for swimming boating and fishing. There is a BBQ area and Children's playground near the boat ramps.
Walk 5 mins in the other direction to the award winning THE LINKS golf course which boasts a brand new clubhouse and tavern
We are located about 50 km South from Perth City. Easy run on the freeway or take the train from Warnbro Station. We are on the way to the top tourist (wine and dining) area of Margaret River.

Best to get here by car. If doing hospitality visit we will pick you up from airport or train station.

Whilst we are easy walking distance to beach and golf course, it is about 3 km walk to the nearest shops. You need a car to get around. If house swapping we will swap our car for yours!
