General Overview
We prefer to travel to our desired destinations which is mostly international. We are just two retired very active and respectful couple. We would also love to exchange our home with Oahu and Kauai home owners for short weekends or week.
We just built this new house . In real it is four bedroom house separating Ohana ( guest one bedroom unit with its own kitchen and living room and outside space ) with breezeway. Also another guest room with its own bathroom is separated from main house. The idea is to not rent our personal space. Every room has its own entry and privacy. So our guesthouse is available even when we are here. Prefer not more than three people. We are just two of us.
The Space
Brand new house located in best neighborhood about 800 ft high from ocean level. It has amazing 180 degree ocean and shoreline views with stunning sunsets viewing from our home. We get both ocean and mountain breeze and barely ever needed AC though every room has AC and fan anyways. Our home is located on half acre land and have yummy apple bananas and sweetest papayas we can share with you.
Like mentioned in overall view, we are only offering separate guest house with a bedroom, living room and a small kitchen. Then the next guest room is on its own sitting on breezeway. Pls look at my video how it is arranged so everyone has their own privacy and their own bathroom.
Since our main house is kind of separated, we are willing to host even when we are here. If we have similar interests, we maybe able to take you to some of hidden gems which is mostly water of course. Swimming pool and our big beautiful lanai can be used if we are out of town. Or on request .
We are also open to exchange our main home for similar exchanges in our desired areas.
We are 8 to 10 minutes drive from Kailua Kona pier.
Guest Access
Has its own parking spot. Our pool and lanai can be used on our absence. Or on request if we are around.
Notes
Because of pool we prefer only adults or couple with one big kid.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is mostly second home owners . House to our right and left are barely ever in town. Quiet and mostly retired people living neighborhood . Popular walking trail Walua Rd. is very close by.
Getting to my home
From airport you need car to get to our house.
Nearest airport
Kailua Kona international airport.
Getting Around
Since Kona town has steep elevations, car is best and safest to get around the town. There are Uber services too. One can bike around too.
