General overview
Currently we are only exchanging with places we have listed in desired destinations or other towns around that area. That is the plan for next two years. So sorry in advance for denying your offer if we do. Maybe in future. We have also travelled North America quite extensively so we are more eager to go to places that has different cultures.
Our house is Renovated, modern & has great 180 degree view of ocean from our lanai. You can watch amazing sunsets from living room, kitchen or patio. With binoculars you can also watch whales and dolphins. It has cool breeze from both mountain & ocean sides keeping house pretty cool. We have AC but barely use it coz fans have been keeping us cool. We are only 6 mins drive to Kailua Kona Pier for our triathlon swim course & all kinds of water adventures. Harbor is about 15 mins drive . Magic sand beach is 10 to 15 mins drive . Many other diving options are close by too. We barely ever have experienced mosquitoes at our house when sitting out. We see many snorkeling tour boats stop where we swim from shore .
The space
We have open floor plan on main floor. When you enter living room you can directly have a great view of ocean from living space and kitchen . All bedrooms are on top floor . With master bedroom with ocean view .
There are lanais on both floor. Not much of a yard or garden.
Guest access
Two floors. Guest has access to the whole house as shown in the pictures.
Notes
Pls understand that the house is children unfriendly. It is on the cliff, lava rocks around, steep stairs, and valuable decors and stuff around house.

From airport you need car to get to our house.

Since Kona town has steep elevations, car is best and safest to get around the town.
